Terms & Conditions

• 1. The Gold's Gym Mulund shall have the unqualified right to make rules, regulations, and restrictions as necessary.
• 2. All signs posted in the Gold's Gym Mulund shall be considered as part of the rules and regulations.
• 3. No member of the Gold's Gym Mulund shall advertise or permit his membership to be advertised for sale.
• 4. Memberships are non-assignable and non-voting.
• 5. Charges are subject to change deemed necessary by the Gold's Gym Mulund.
• 6. The Gold's Gym Mulund reserves the right to modify or compel members without prior notice.
• 7. Gold's Gym Mulund services may only be used by Gold's Gym members in good standing.
• 8. Membership will not be activated without issuance by the Gold's Gym Mulund.
• 9. External personal trainers must complete formalities and agreements to provide services in the Gold's Gym Mulund.
• 10. Members must wear proper attire in exercise areas at all times.
• 11. Profanity is not allowed in the gym, and members are expected to maintain decorum.
• 12. Members must follow circuit rules and etiquette.
• 13. Use of equipment should be guided by Program Directors.
• 14. Weights must be returned to proper racks after use.
• 15. Members should use towels when using equipment.
• 16. Shaving in the gym is strictly prohibited.
• 17. Eating and drinking are permitted in the cafeteria area only.
• 18. Belongings should not be left in lockers overnight.
• 19. No personal belongings are allowed in workout areas.
• 20. Members must assume all risks associated with their exercise routines.
• 21. Proper footwear must be worn in exercise areas and throughout the Gold's Gym Mulund.
• 22. The Gold's Gym Mulund is not responsible for lost and found items.
• 23. The Gold's Gym Mulund may shut temporarily in case of emergency situations.
• 24. Members are responsible for their guests' compliance with Gold's Gym Mulund rules and regulations.
